Seeking Advice Electrolytes Recommendations?

Realistically with a good enough diet, you don't need to supplement electrolytes and it's just a waste of money.

If you need it tho, the first one off the shelf probably works. It's hard to mess up electrolytes. If you have any 'gym shop' or pharmacy near you then it should be there. I've even saw some on the shelves of supermarkets.

I've been taking these as my source of one and was thinking about maybe switching it to something else probably because of the flavor and the costs ngl but yeah you're right about it being hard messing up electrolytes tho lol. Maybe I should just stick with these unless i find something else that is cheaper

truthfully im mega dehydrated and use electrolytes to help with that when i go long periods not drinking enough fluids
i dont have a specific brand in mind besides MAYBE liquid iv, but ive been wanting to find no sugar ones since im diabetic and i notice a lot of them have hella sugar
if u try anything else and enjoy it, let us know!

how has the current one been taking? like, taste wise? 1-5, 5 being the best. roughly how much does it cost for one? kinda looks good but idk

It's actually quite decent I always drink a serving in the morning before heading out for the gym or in general and it costs about $45 from where I'm at. Taste wise is kinda meh like probably a 3.5 at best but there are other flavors though. I've only tried the grape one and watermelon so far and the watermelon mogs even though its still kinda meh. For the sugar contents there is NONE. Here's the contents i found for it. I think it might be good for what you're looking far though :Smirk:

Here's an update guys i decided to try out this one which is XTEND, 7G BCAA, Blue Raspberry Ice, 2.74 lbs (1.242 kg) 90 servings due to it being cheaper per serving than the ON one and also because i wanna try the flavor lol. Blue raspberry (I will give updates on the taste tomorrow) :Smirk: Anyways you can read on this article about the XTEND brand itself it shows all the different types of electrolytes for the different type of goals. Mine specifically is the Original BCAA and it's stated there its Ideal for: Performance-Focused Goals, Muscle Building Goals, Weight Loss Focused Goals

the amount per saving is pretty low, and there's no magnesium, i guess that's why it's cheaper per serving. Realistically you'd have to take 5 servings of this per day to have any positive effect.

I guess compared to the previous one that i took (the ON one) it can't really go wrong since the contents are pretty much about the same. As for magnesium i take it separately as its own supplement anyways. Also i forgot to update on the taste for the Blue Raspberry flavor and I actually liked it though it might be a bit too sweet.

Title, I'm looking for like those powder tub based that is high in potassium so I can debloat while gym max and could last me for weeks probably. Would love to hear any recommendations though if anyone has any:Smirk:

Ultima Electrolytes (250mg potassium per serving) and zero sugar!

They also taste yummy. However, they are around $1.05 per serving, so a little expensive.

Dr Berg Zero Sugar Hydration (1000mg potassium per serving)

Never tried this one, but based on reviews, it's pretty yummy. I'd avoid if you hate the taste of stevia, but its great imo. Between $0.47 to $0.75 per serving.

ReLyte Hydration has 400mg of potassium per serving.
Re-lyteHydration_Sticks_OnWhite_AllFlavors-2_2048x.jpg

Between $0.65 to $1.50 per serving.

Or you could just buy straight potassium chloride and make your own electrolytes. If you add magnesium and sea salt to it, it would come out around $1 per serving.
