Electrolytes Recommendations?

the amount per saving is pretty low, and there's no magnesium, i guess that's why it's cheaper per serving. Realistically you'd have to take 5 servings of this per day to have any positive effect.
I guess compared to the previous one that i took (the ON one) it can't really go wrong since the contents are pretty much about the same. As for magnesium i take it separately as its own supplement anyways. Also i forgot to update on the taste for the Blue Raspberry flavor and I actually liked it though it might be a bit too sweet.
