Seeking Advice Electrolytes Recommendations?

Realistically with a good enough diet, you don't need to supplement electrolytes and it's just a waste of money.

If you need it tho, the first one off the shelf probably works. It's hard to mess up electrolytes. If you have any 'gym shop' or pharmacy near you then it should be there. I've even saw some on the shelves of supermarkets.

I've been taking these as my source of one and was thinking about maybe switching it to something else probably because of the flavor and the costs ngl but yeah you're right about it being hard messing up electrolytes tho lol. Maybe I should just stick with these unless i find something else that is cheaper

truthfully im mega dehydrated and use electrolytes to help with that when i go long periods not drinking enough fluids
i dont have a specific brand in mind besides MAYBE liquid iv, but ive been wanting to find no sugar ones since im diabetic and i notice a lot of them have hella sugar
if u try anything else and enjoy it, let us know!

how has the current one been taking? like, taste wise? 1-5, 5 being the best. roughly how much does it cost for one? kinda looks good but idk

It's actually quite decent I always drink a serving in the morning before heading out for the gym or in general and it costs about $45 from where I'm at. Taste wise is kinda meh like probably a 3.5 at best but there are other flavors though. I've only tried the grape one and watermelon so far and the watermelon mogs even though its still kinda meh. For the sugar contents there is NONE. Here's the contents i found for it. I think it might be good for what you're looking far though :Smirk:
