Electrolytes Recommendations?
Ultima Electrolytes (250mg potassium per serving) and zero sugar!
They also taste yummy. However, they are around $1.05 per serving, so a little expensive.
Dr Berg Zero Sugar Hydration (1000mg potassium per serving)
Never tried this one, but based on reviews, it's pretty yummy. I'd avoid if you hate the taste of stevia, but its great imo. Between $0.47 to $0.75 per serving.
ReLyte Hydration has 400mg of potassium per serving.
Between $0.65 to $1.50 per serving.
Or you could just buy straight potassium chloride and make your own electrolytes. If you add magnesium and sea salt to it, it would come out around $1 per serving.
