You should go out for walks whenever you don't have work, you will see that you will feel much better as well.
starting monday, april 6th, i wanna set a couple of goals:
- 5k steps a day
- go for walks around my apartment
- at LEAST 5 bottles of water a day bro... im dying
- swim at least once this week
Awesome goals.

mid-week update:
been raining a lot truthfully, walks around my apartment not really possible currently. but maybe there'd be some type of outside workaround i havent thought of yet?

monday:3,269 (work rollover)
+ didn't track water intake
tuesday:344 (no work)
+ didn't track water intake
wednesday: 10,379 (16hr work rollover)
+ 2.5/5 bottles so far
-- + high caffeine intake day, roughly 300mg of caffeine so far

i was gonna add my med logs here too since ive been struggling a lot to be consistent again, but Idk how interesting that is ima be so fr

better keep the consistency up or I'm telling on @Flint to beat you up.

Uh Oh Idk GIF by slicedbread

we're the opposite jfl i get less than 3k steps when im at work and 10k+ when im off
thats actually kinda interestin, but i imagine u have more of a sit-down job, right? or maybe just standin still for prolonged periods of time might be another factor dependin on ur work

yeah an office job, basically sitting down all day apart from walking to the bathroom, hence me trying to make up for it on weekends

hey guys I've been hella sick and injured, decided to switch to weekly step goals instead of daily honestly

april 9th (thurs): 8,877
april 10th (fri): 1,176
april 11th (sat): 7,672
april 12th (sun): 3,034
total including previous entry: 34,751 / 35,000

april 13th (mon): 4,981
april 14th (tues): 7,272
april 15th (wed): 7,263
current: 19,516 / 35,000

current: 31,682/35,000
april 18th (rest of sat): +104
april 19th (sun): 254
total: 32,040 / 35,000
failed weekly step goal.
- go for walks around my apartment
- at LEAST 5 bottles of water a day bro... im dying
- swim at least once this week
go for walks around my apartment? failed.
why?
truthfully i've been injured and since i typically work a LOT, i was kind of being lazy and used my days off from work as time to laze around. this is def a bad mentality to have tho fr
at least five bottles of water a day? failed.
why? no real excuse, i'm lazy and didn't stay on top of it.
swim at least once this week? failed.
why?
my injury, i feel this might be the only valid one i skipped out on </3

new week new me or whatever, these are my goals for 4/20 to 4/26:
  • 35k total weekly steps
  • at least 3 bottles of water a day, ideally 5
  • do breathing exercises once a day for at least 2 minutes, need to reduce stress and get small wins
how likely am i to complete these?:
i feel like i get so close with 35k steps, i just need to put in a little bit of extra effort, so like... 75% sure i could do that one.
3 bottles of water a day is such a simple goal but i genuinely struggle to drink ANYTHING. it's not like im drinking juices or soda instead of water. but since ive been struggling so long, 50% sure i could complete it realistically
breathing exercises feel easy enough, just gotta remind myself tbh. 85% sure i could do it this week

i know this is late but don’t get discouraged

starting slow with lower count is good and something is better than nothing

howdy yall, im back n ready to partayyy

i figured id start with a simple goal, which is just water intake.

my goal for the rest of this week (friday july 24th to sunday july 27th) is to drink at least 8 bottles of water. things are dire, im sure you could tell.

why? well, to put it bluntly, i struggle to feel thirst how i used to now that ive been on a glp1 for my diabetes. i don't feel hunger but i genuinely don't feel thirst either. im on meds that make me dehydrated as well and are harsh on my body, so my water intake is so crucial.

currently i probably drink one bottle of water a day on average. yup. no other drinks either though, not even soda or juice. so... 8 is far below recommended, but significantly higher then my current intake.

friday: 0.5 bottles (goal: 3)
saturday: not recorded yet. (goal: 3)
sunday: not recorded yet (goal: 2)

how likely am i to achieve this goal?
i believe roughly 30%, which isn't 0!
