Regarding supplements and vitamins, in your personal opinion, should you keep taking them indefinitely? Are there any benefits to doing so? Why or why not?

I don't know if vitamins have a large effect on your health. I don't know anyone that takes vitamins daily and I've never heard of anyone's health that has significantly improved by taking them, so I guess just take them if you need them, like vegetarians that take vitamins they miss in meat.

If that's not the case, I don't see the point in taking them.

No point on taking them if you don't need them, sometimes you can take too much and experience toxicity, or the ones you can't overdose on you'd just piss out and waste your money.

But vitamins and supplements are common because people's diets are shit. It's easier to get them to supplement it with something over the counter instead of trying to get them to change their diet.

Will depends also of certain medical conditions, absorbtion/conversion through your liver and also the quality of the supplements you take.

For example, i need to take larger doses of Vitamin D (alongside k2) to stabilize my Psoriasis.

You need also to take few bloodtests to see if you absorbing them correctly (for example if i don't absorbing them, it means i lack of magnesium). The best way is def bloodtests to see if you have micronutrients deficiencies. If everything is fine, don't take anything unless you're very active physically wise.

I personally take Magnesium, Zinc, Omega-3 and Vitamin D without skipping a day. I also take 5g of creatine every day I go to the gym. Apart from the hair regrowth I’ve noticed, I don’t think it does that much to me appearance wise.
