[QOTW #2] Should you always take supplements/vitamins?

Regarding supplements and vitamins, in your personal opinion, should you keep taking them indefinitely? Are there any benefits to doing so? Why or why not?

I don't know if vitamins have a large effect on your health. I don't know anyone that takes vitamins daily and I've never heard of anyone's health that has significantly improved by taking them, so I guess just take them if you need them, like vegetarians that take vitamins they miss in meat.

If that's not the case, I don't see the point in taking them.
