Nutrition & Diets Deadass how do I put the fork down

easiest way for me personally after struggling for a long time was using peptides ngl

To paraphrase Malcolm X, "Sometimes you have to pick the fork up to put the fork down".

It's way easier to eat more low calorie food than to simply eat less in general. Eat a salad or some zucchini slices or something, then if you still want to, eat what you were initially craving. It'll be easier to eat less of it.

I did start the gym 2 months ago but I struggle with eating healthy and eating less
try to figure out why you eat a lot. I used to eat lots of food because my attempts to diet led to more binge eating. I ended up eating a shit ton of low calorie foods while remaining in a calorie deficit and after a couple months of bringing my deficit lower and lower while also doing lots of cardio I ended up turning it into a lifestyle and now I don't eat as unhealthy as before.
