so is bone smashing just 100% cope?
it works dont listen to other people because they usually think hitting hard and a lot every day is gonna make bone growth thats not how it works but ive tested it myself and if you know what your doing the swelling alone gives you instant results with bonesmashing so what i recommend is to bonesmash not hard in like the bone you want to become bigger then when the swelling goes down do it again so not only will you be able to fraud having bigger bones with the swelling over time it becomes permanent thats what i did and it worked but make sure to use your fists not a hammer and brace your head

despite hearing these methods, im not interested in any bonesmashing i simply dont find it necessary

bonesmashing is backed up by mechanotransduction

Physical forces are central players in development and morphogenesis, provide an ever-present backdrop influencing physiological functions, and contribute to a variety of pathologies. Mechanotransduction encompasses the rich variety of ways in which cells and tissues convert cues from their physical environment into biochemical signals. These cues include tensile, compressive and shear stresses, and the stiffness or elastic modulus of the tissues in which cells reside. This article focuses on the proximal events that lead directly from a change in physical state to a change in cell-signaling state. A large body of evidence demonstrates a prominent role for the extracellular matrix, the intracellular cytoskeleton, and the cell matrix adhesions that link these networks in transduction of the mechanical environment. Recent work emphasizes the important role of physical unfolding or conformational changes in proteins induced by mechanical loading, with examples identified both within the focal adhesion complex at the cell-matrix interface and in extracellular matrix proteins themselves. Beyond these adhesion and matrix-based mechanisms, classical and new mechanisms of mechanotransduction reside in stretch-activated ion channels, the coupling of physical forces to interstitial autocrine and paracrine signaling, force-induced activation of extracellular proteins, and physical effects directly transmitted to the cell's nucleus. Rapid progress is leading to detailed delineation of molecular mechanisms by which the physical environment shapes cellular signaling events, opening up avenues for exploring how mechanotransduction pathways are integrated into physiological and pathophysiological cellular and tissue processes.

Wolffs law works, but to do it on ur face with a hammer will never yield good results.

People use wolfs law to grow their wrist bone for example but to grow ur chin bone or zygos is pretty complicated and needs skill. And the growth you see is usually tissue scars.

How is it done on the wrist? Also are knuckles better than a hammer?

from what i've heard bonesmashing is just a temporary swelling. it's also a possibility that people say it does something because thats what they want to believe lol

Is creates some kind of tissue that kinda acts like bone

Yeah, maybe im wrong. i thought that it was the burst blood vessels that had swollen up from the impact

I am aware most people think bonesmashing is cope but it is not that simple.

BONESMASHING

It is not meant to cause bone growth even tho thats what many people promote are his benefits but this is wrong... What is good bonesmashing for is creating soft tissue in the long run and can also work to fraud in the process.

Lets say for example you have a narrow chin and you dont bonesmash because you have seen some guys say it is cope, well you can still bonesmash the corners of your chin to keep it wider during the day even tho thats not your actual chin width, nobody is gonna notice.
I feel it is just as important to keep improving your actual looks as to know how to fraud until you make it. If you are not frauding you might be leaving a lot of possible opportunities in the table and someone else is gonna grab it.

Also something important to have in count is that you have to know where to bonesmash. If you have an unideal bigonial you shouldnt be bonesmashing your zygos since that will make it even worse, you should be bonesmashing your gonions NOW.

Remember this is not a competition but there are winners in this and you have to be one of them doesnt matter the cards you were dealt with.

TDLR: Start bonesmashing intelligently to fraud until you make it.

i have mixed opinions abt it

Does anybody know if bonesmashing your mandible and gonions will mess up your teeth? Ive seen so many differing opinions about how you should bonesmash differently than would you would with your zygos and im not q sure what to believe

no

Holy moly the arguments is always split between sides, one uses science to prove that it is false but one proves it with results everyday im growing confused as i see people in my age just out of nowhere growing bones with help of said bonemashing
