Discussion Where can a man improve the easiest looks wise?

Is it losing weight for facial benefits?
Depending on people bodyfat, yeah losing fat is the easiest and most beneficial softmaxx to do, it can change the whole face.
The second is doing any type of fitness training to be in a good shape (e.g. swimming, crossfit, calistenics, trail running, weightlifting etc), and increasing the shoulders/waist ratio, proven indicator of attractiveness, after height & face, of course
 
easiest as in easy to achieve and maintain or easy as in it's very easy to tell the difference?

easiest to achieve and maintain, hair-- body hair, facial hair, your haircut. you can get more elaborate with dying or styling, but having a haircut that suits you both unstyled and styled is great since it allows flexibility and less maintenance if you choose to style it less.

the hardest for most is losing weight. changing an entire life style ur used to, and dependin on ur mentality, can feel like unnecessary struggle and stress. id lose weight but i love food more than i love being skinny, so i dont. but i hate myself for being fat. but using that distaste for being fat wont motivate me long term, becuz i still value food more.
