I want to buy things to improve my life daily like waking up energized, being focused, feeling exicted, no brain fog, improving memory, talking to people does can anybody reconomd me stuff that helps with this

When you wake up go outside and get sunlight 10-15 minutes of sunlight. Don’t drink caffeine in the first 2 hours of waking up, if your having energy crashes throughout the day start watching your insulin, go and just say hi to people that you walk past (sounds useful but it can help social anxiety) and try to get better at small talk.
 
Later im going to hop on hgh and with my other cycles and being on accutane isnt the best
 
Consistency is the greatest tool in the world. Just waking up and getting out of bed at the same time every day can be miraculous for your body and mind.
There's a phrase therapists use a lot of, "Never make plans to go to the gym. Make plans to put on your gym clothes". If you're wanting to alter your habits, find a thing you can enjoy elements of, and start working towards that. If you're wanting to exercise, build a playlist and get a good pair of headphones, etc
 
Depends on the cause of why you have those symptoms to begin with.

1/ Improve your sleep quality :
- Go to bed early
- Power off that phone 1 hour before bed, read a book
- Reduce light intensity in your room, if possible get it red (to trigger melatonin release) like redlight therapy bulb
- Supplement yourself with omega 3s, krill oil, curcumin w/ piperine, magnesium bisglycinate to reduce stress, take 1-2 hours before bed ideally during a light meal. You can also consider melatonine on very low doses like 1mg, 2mg maximum
- Get your bedroom cold and wrap yourself in a heavy blanket, even better a weighted blanked to speed-up sleeping process

2/ Avoid to rely on caffeine, you can try chicory root powder and taurine, maté, tea etc as alternatives. And get a nutritious breakfast.

1/ Supplementing yourself with creatine and omega 3s, krill oil, eating cod liver and sardines for improving memory

2/ Not relying on caffeine (again) as the main factor of brain fogs alongside carb quality. Carbs who don't spike your blood sugar levels and using caffeine alternatives.

Getting a very social job when you're forced to talk to strangers. You'll eventually get used to it, if you do it for a long time
 
I get this but i just feel like this is just not how i wanna improve im talking about taking something like ademax or adderole or stuff trt to improve talking, muscle, etc

If you're wanting to improve mentally, it would depend on the cause of why you don't feel energized, social, focused, excited, etc, and what's causing the brain fog, memory, etc.

It's very vague and there wouldn't be a single recommendation that would be specific or targeted towards your situation counting all of those symptoms might be related to each other, or they might not.

Adderall can help but it might be too much if the cause is like a lack of sleep or something.

The proper recommendation would be to self analyze your diet, situation, environment, habits, etc, and try to understand the cause first. There's no real point on taking random drugs as the first solution.
