i want to start improving myself by eating healthy but i’m still a 16 years old living with my mom.She makes food everyday for me but she always makes really unhealthy food.Can anyone suggest to me what should i do.pls help

express your opinions ask her to make healthier foods or you yourself can make them with of course her buying the ingredients, if she isn’t to happy about that the next thing you could do is get a job and buy said ingredients yourself

Talk about it with her and make healthy food with her you'll learn cooking and that's an important skill you're gonna need in eating healthy in the future spend time with ur mom while also achieving ur healthy food

Instead of focusing on healthy versus unhealthy, focus on what your body needs and make adjustments where you're able based on that. If she makes food that includes a protein but doesn't include vegetables, focus on where you can find fiber to make up the difference.

You can eat plenty of "unhealthy" food as long as you're also getting your nutrition needs met. Look for fiber and protein where you can, be somewhat mindful of calories and sugar intake, and use carbs for energy.
