Guide if you feel ugly, you have work to do

You are NOT ugly, you just have:
  • mineral deficiency (magnesium, calcium)
  • low collagen synthesis
  • circadian disruption
  • low co2 tolerance
  • a sedentary lifestyle
  • inhibited thyroid/metabolism
  • low antioxidant production
  • bad amino acid intake ratios
  • liver issues

A good appearance suggests HEALTH, which is why you should try to improve it, because it will determine how good you look.

It's all in your own hands.

simple solutions to these issues to get started:

mineral deficiency:
- bee pollen
- shilajit
- milk and dairy
- oysters
- nettle
- birch water

collagen synthesis:
- gelatin consumption (CRUCIAL)
- vitamin c consumption
- sunmaxxing (NIR)
- prioritizing stews, soups and broths

circadian disruption:
- watching sunrise and sunset
- blue light blocking glasses
- turn off your cell phone before going to sleep

co2 tolerance:
- Buteyko method (CRUCIAL)
- thiamine and magnesium

sedentary lifestyle:
- move more, sit lessinhibited
- 10,000 steps per day

thyroid/metabolism:
- Google 'Ray Peat'
- fix the liver

low antioxidant production:
- fixing all earlier listed problems

bad amino acid intake ratios:
- increasing intake of amino acids such as glycine (gelatin, collagen)
- decreasing intake of (muscular beef)

liver issues:
- reducing levels of unbound iron
- de-spiking yourself
- lowering endotoxin
- stimulating bile synthesis
- repairing bile ducts

Suprised you didn't include animal organs and possibly red meat in general, they're more nutrient dense than anything on this list.

As one might say, if you're struggling with liver health, eat liver. :catdance: :CatSmillingThumbsUp:

Other than that, it's a good thread, I'd put emphasis on broth in the collagen section because it's over the top superior to any form of soups or stews. A good bone broth is peak.

I agree

completely. More bone broth and collagen in general (I use unflavored gelatin) is the best way to give our bodies the raw materials they need for healthy skin, liver health, and bone density.

Personally, I consume between 30 and 40 grams of gelatin a day, and I've noticed a big difference, especially in the appearance of my skin.
