mineral deficiency:
- bee pollen
- shilajit
- milk and dairy
- oysters
- nettle
- birch water
Suprised you didn't include animal organs and possibly red meat in general, they're more nutrient dense than anything on this list.

Other than that, it's a good thread, I'd put emphasis on broth in the collagen section because it's over the top superior to any form of soups or stews. A good bone broth is peak.
