This guide is for every young man that will eventually go through male pattern baldness.

When I was 17 just a year ago, I noticed I had a fat ass bald spot in my left corner. I grew long hair to try to cover it but friends still catched on to that and made comments about it. I was hopeless, I thought my life was over and that my chances with girls were close to none now. Hopefully, with the help of my mother and research, I am now in the process to revert my hair loss. Here’s the guide, folks.

Before trying to act on the issue, we’ll have to know what causes hair loss. Here are some the principal causes of it for men :

Sensibility to DHT : Depending on your genetics, you’ll be more or less sensible to premature hair loss. Due to my genetics, my hairline started receding at only 17.

Vitamin and Minerals deficiency : Zinc, Vitamin D and Iron are some of the most important nutrients for hair growth and a deficiency in one of them can result in hair loss and other hair problems.

Fungus infection : Funguses can cause hair loss, especially when in the scalp. You’ll be more prone to infections if your scalp is moist in a place that favors fungus development, for example your bed and pillow.

Stress : Long term stress will spike your cortisol making you possibly lose hair.

Genetics/Hormonal problems : A bit obvious but for this one there’s almost nothing you can do. Hormonal problems can be fixed with medication and treatment tho.

3 letters : DHT (dihydrotestosterone). DHT is an hormone derived from testosterone that contributes to the sexual development of boys such as body hair, muscle mass and growth of the genitals. Depending on genetics, men react differently to DHT. Some will never experience severe hair loss while some will experience it very soon (like me). DHT is known to shrink the hair follicles, shorten the hair cycle and thinning the hair.

· Take supplements, especially Vitamin D and Zinc since they’re some of the most important nutrients for hair development. 1 zinc supplement pill a day is enough, more than that and you’ll have gastrointestinal issues. You can get your Vitamin D by going outside but I recommend taking the supplements during winter since your exposition to the sun is significantly shortened.

· Massage your scalp, massaging your scalp will oxygenate the capillaries and hair follicles in your hairline, making them more resistant to DHT. I personally massage my scalp in the shower with Nizoral and baking soda around 5 minutes, I also massage 2 times throughout my day for 5 minutes too.

· Start taking showers at least 2-3 hours before sleeping to avoid fungus development on your scalp by exposing them to your bed and pillows.

· Change your pillow sheets every 3 days to avoid fungus development.

· Use Nizoral as an anti-follicle shampoo and DHT blocker. I use it every 3 days.

· Eat more pumpkin seeds (Rich in zinc) as they are a natural DHT blocker.

Here’s the supplements and shampoo I take for my hair loss :

Here’s a pic of my progression as of right now :

As you can see, the lighter strands of hair that appear on my left corner are newborn hair. Reminder that this was just plain skin a year ago. I was on the Norwood 2 scale approaching dangerously the 3 scale and now I am near the 1. Not so long ago I finally noticed the corners of what should be my normal hairline after months of struggling. I plan on taking finasteride to avoid further premature hair loss.

Update since September : It has grown much thicker.

Tell us everything !
Based on this study/article

They used a mix of pure oleic and ethanol to create a serum who will in theory irritates the skin but trigger a defense mechanism who will grow new vellus/hair as a "side effect". I said ostrich fat in PG but in reality pure oleic acid and ethanol should do the same job.

Idk if it's worth waiting for a better trial because both compounds are patentable

Same thing with bee venom
