Her lower third became longer, but now all facial thirds are equal.
I think her recessed chin added to her neoteny(?)

Her side improved a lot. The front is a bit worse. Looks like her middle third is pretty long and the surgery only made her bottom longer making her face way longer. quality of life woulda increased like crazy tho

Definitely looks better now both ways

Recession can look good on girls but her’s was too much. Saved her life
