Descended after lefort1 + genio?

guys what do u think about this woman’s before/after lefort 1 + genioplasty?

i think her frontal descended, she looked cuter before, but her side profile is good now tho

curious to hear ur opinions

Her side improved a lot. The front is a bit worse. Looks like her middle third is pretty long and the surgery only made her bottom longer making her face way longer. quality of life woulda increased like crazy tho
