Context: 16yo, 186cm, 69kg, central Europe, not rlly alot money. I also work out like 5x a week
Goals: Clear skin(most important), bone growth (taller + facial bones), decent energy
Supplements: Magnesium glycinate(225mg) and Vitamin D3(4k iu) + K2(100mcg) the D3+K2 has very shit formula, it has starches, soy and other shits
Also i feel like i have bit earlier puberty, may be over soon

Base: 1.5l whole pasturised milk(calcium, iodine, etc.), 5 eggs barn farmed(atleast not caged), 1 orange(vitamin C), honey(main sugar source), butter(main fat source)
Main food of day: Its either chicken around 400g, ground beef (333g + 3 eggs added) and sometimes i get salmon or steak(rarely)

I started last october with cooked carnivore with carbs, macros were around 200g protein, 220g fat and 70g carbs
Lately i have been shifting to more carbs and lower protein, my sleep wasnt the best. I currently eat around 170g protein, 190g fat and 200g carbs. I feel like i almost wanna go a bit less on carbs due to fructose, glycation, inflammation.

I need to fix my gut lining immediately, im gonna try sunbathing if that does anything.
Im going fucking insane, my skin is almost the same as before, i get less new pimples but the quality is the same, i cant afford eat raw meat and stuff.

Now the big question, to Aajonus or Peat?

Peat promotes stuff like aspirin, cola, haribo gummies, coffee and IMO too much sugar, claiming it will boost your metabolism, u will get more ATP. Also hating on PUFAs, which he got mostly right but hating on omega3s? stuff like DHA. I feel like debating diets is just claim against claim, cuz ye carbs do produce alot of ATP, but they have alot of deuterium compared to fat, which is very heavy on mitochondria, therefore your ATP will be less produced, Also claims such as boosting your thyroid by T4 to T3 conversion, are very not nuacned, i cant explain why i think its not really the way, im not that deep into this im asking for YOUR help. I just feel like that with this diet u will fuck up your insulin, feels like a nocturnalkent diet.

Aajonus i think is very focused on the fat, and i agree that the fat is very beneficial, but i feel like he overemphasises it. Also in my case, with the mindset of getting better skin, fat has Vitamin A which is important for skin, also the fat it self but i feel like its kinda "heavy" on digestion, really slows it down. I think that if i really got into the aajonus diet i could fix my skin, but as i stated before i cant afford raw meat. Also i feel like most people are kinda lower carb and will end up boneless, because lack of IGF1.

Also, important to mention, im not really talking about optimizing health, but more so looks(by natural ways). I get that health and attraction are kinda correlated but i wanna focus on health but more so on the appearance it brings you.

I guess i could try spending some money that im saving for HGH to buy sometimes a raw milk, or kefir thats lightly pasteurised. But i need YOUR HELP PLEASE

So Listen

You should totally avoid ray peat's diet if this is your goal , you don't want your insulin to be fucked beside that you would still get hella pimples.

I suggest that you follow Aajonus , make your carb intake through certain vegies/fruits
  • Tomatoes
  • Potatoes
  • Sweet Potatoes & Yams
  • Onions
  • Bananas
  • Dates
  • Kiwi
  • Pineapples
  • Coconuts
  • Oranges

About raw red meat , you can comfortably eat red cooked meat , chickens or fish.
Make sure to get raw milk and Kefir from a trusted local farm.

The animal fats intake won't be bad , in another words;
It won't fuck your guts and skin like seed/artificial oils.

Regards all of this , the amount of supplements you take might be the reason why your gut health is shit.
Most of vitamins contain harsh chemicals like arsenic , lead , titanium oxide , mercury or cadmium
all of these can easily mess with your guts and hormonal changes , that will make you suffer from bad gut health and acne.

I'm not good enough with steroids , but HGH can't be that bad ;
you just need to be careful while hopping on it and that you don't harm your body health.

Other thing that , your protein intake suggested to be higher than fats and carbs as it is superior for development and growing bones , muscles.
Meanwhile , carbs and fat is a must in daily Nutritions.

and finaly thing , Don't consume any sort of goyslop or fast food , etc.. ,and make sure to get enough sleep.

Ngl from my experience when i dropped protein from 200g to 170-180g i noticed i get better sleep, it may be due to cortisol or idk. I cant really find a trusted local farm, im live in a city, there is only 1 stop i found that sells raw milk. Also what do you think about being in the sun alot to heal the gut?

Its kinda the belief of Jack Kruse, when the sun hits the area around chest and abdominal area it heals it. Also the sun has the other well known benefits, but mainly that since skin is connected within inside it probably matters about whats on the outside hitting your skin. He got some good testimonials, i dont really know the science behind it but im gonna try it and see i guess

I guess it mights helps , but you need mainly to fix the diet issues and stop using supplements that contain harsh chemicals.
