About raw red meat , you can comfortably eat red cooked meat , chickens or fish.
Make sure to get raw milk and Kefir from a trusted local farm.
The animal fats intake won't be bad , in another words;
It won't fuck your guts and skin like seed/artificial oils.
Regards all of this , the amount of supplements you take might be the reason why your gut health is shit.
Most of vitamins contain harsh chemicals like arsenic , lead , titanium oxide , mercury or cadmium
all of these can easily mess with your guts and hormonal changes , that will make you suffer from bad gut health and acne.
I'm not good enough with steroids , but HGH can't be that bad ;

Ngl from my experience when i dropped protein from 200g to 170-180g i noticed i get better sleep, it may be due to cortisol or idk. I cant really find a trusted local farm, im live in a city, there is only 1 stop i found that sells raw milk. Also what do you think about being in the sun alot to heal the gut?
