Considering why not add more mods to help

We already have 3 moderators (1 global and 2 sub) and 3 admins, the staff team is kind of packed currently with how inactive the site is. Not sure what adding new mods would do that the current team can't already do.

seems the timing isnt as good from what i see a lot of ppl have jobs to do(the mods) so you distribute the time so that there is an actvie mod frequently without stressing the mods yeah the site is pretty inactive why noy try creating a tiktok to promo it

The mods are on every day and respond timely mainly (within 4hrs usually), it's just certain tasks can't be performed by them. For example, the frame color is only Admin+, so cosmetics are usually delayed because the Admins are usually the busy ones.

Global Moderators have a lot of tools in general, and can help with most issues. Anything requiring editing of a user's profile is usually Admin+ though, for security of user's accounts.

Right now I don't want to put the mods on shifts, we're not active enough for that and it wouldn't make sense to do it, counting all of the reasons why users contact us is low stakes (as in it doesn't need to be resolved immediately in most cases).

And we're in the process of running ads, it's just we're having problems with our accounts for some reason.
