I love iherb I purchase most of my shit there but just get any basic supplements like Magnesium Glycinate, Vitamin D3+K2, Zinc picolinate etc. You could even buy hydrocortisone for softmaxxing ur nose but idk if the hydrocortisone there is the same as what people in forums use.:Smirk:

hi swan!
I would recommend buying some collagen 😅 this one is the best imo, I drink it 3 times a week and my skin/hair/nails are in much better condition than they were before💯
How has it improved your skin and nails?
I grow my nails quite long so im interested

After 1,5 month of taking collagen, my nails stopped being brittle (they used to be very fragile and peel easily)
My skin also became more hydrated, it had been dry despite using moisturisers and maintaining proper hydration, but after taking collagen,it noticeably improved

Thank you so much ☺️💕
Do you have any recommendations for debloating?
My face is very bloated and gets bloated easily and i woudnt mind a lil kick me up lol

No problem🫶🏻

the best ways to reduce bloating are:
- lower your intake of salty foods and carbonated drinks (they can cause water retention and gas buildup)
-stay hydrated(3-4l)
-eat balanced meals
- avoid overeating
- get enough sleep
