Depending what you’re running and how long you’re travelling for, you either pin enough to last you or pack it with needles in an insulin case. I’ve heard of people putting them in insulin injection pens too, or even just putting vials and needles in their own bag, putting it in checked luggage and being fine

In terms of consequences it depends where you’re flying from (and to, a little bit, because worst case you can bin whatever’s left before your return flight), but likely the worse that’d happen is it’s confiscated if it’s found

If it’s a long trip you might consider shipping it separately using a courier to your hotel or whatever, which will probably have the highest success rate
