idk i didnt notice a difference on myself, maybe because my nose is more like cartilage

my teeth are pretty nice but i dont want them to get damaged from whitening strips, do u recommend any?

I used crests for only a week and could see a major difference. Also my teeth are naturally more sensitive than usual and honestly the strips didn’t affect it a lot. Hope this helps :)

eyelash and/or brow serums (don’t buy ones with prostaglandins, can cause orbital fat loss) maxxing out misc is good

imo anything that can help with coloring is worth a try (dyes, self tanners, eye drops, whitening strips) pretty basic stuff but can def help

You’ll not get damage from whitening strips just get the medium expensive ones from crest or the real expensive ones and whiten till your shit is white
