thank God my skin doesn't suffer from acne or any noticeable problems, but I want it to look healthy and radiant. Do you recommend using tret and azelaic acid?

Solution
If you really want to use them, you can use them on low percentages, because especially in your case its not even really needed and higher concentrations dont mean better. Focus more on cleaning your face with the right cleanser before bed and use the right cream and a SPF 50+ from La roche posay or The Transparent Lab for example.

The best you could do in your case is using Glycolic acid, since it gives you a nice glow, evens your skin color, skin texture, helps against acne, helps with pores and evens your skin coloring, helps with cell regeneration and hydration in skin, et cetera.

Regarding tretinoin and azelaic acid, you absolutely don't need them if you have good skin. these r very strong active ingredients that shouldn't be used on the face unless absolutely necessary
Azelaic acid is only needed by those with closed comedones and excess sebum
Tretinoin helps with acne, acne spots and photoaging, but you're a teen and these aren't relevant yet
so I don't recommend including any active ingredients in your routine without a dermatologist's prescription.

As for facial care at your age, you only need:
1. Gentle cleanser
2. a light moisturiser without silicones
3. SPF make sure it's non-comedogenic
Most products with silicones can clog pores and lead to closed comedones, so be careful
