So lets talk about the sun, btw if u still believe that this will happen to you, only really possible if u eat seedoils, the omega6 will get in your skin and the sun will have an effect on it, without seedoils, you cant experience this ever, just get out in the sun
Now what are the benefits of the sun??
Vitamin D: The vitamin D you supplement isnt the same as the one you get from the sun. When UVB hits your skin, your cholesterol gets converted into vitamin D, and vitamin D is more so like a hormone that aids in building bones(we all already know this)
