The concept of Digital Nomad (living in a different country but working from home internationally) visas are really appealing to some people. You can even get citizenship status in Spain through that. Where would you want to live if you left your home country?

My parents are forcing me for US but I wanna go to europe.

Preferably north western europe.

I like nature and I cannot live in any place which does not have atleast a few trees and mountains here and there
