I've seen Ray peat start to rival the popularity of carnivore as of recent. As a former Ray peater myself, I can personally vouch for the diets downsides. Anyone who genuinely wants to looksmaxx should avoid this diet at all costs.

As you've seen before, the main food source when following ray peat is carbs. Another thing when following ray peat is that it's suggested to eat regulary, even into the night.

Sorry but iron deficiency is one of the most common things in modern times, and a huge looksmin for alot of people. The idea that somehow people will have excess iron is ridiculous, do not avoid iron. Most of the most nutritious foods are packed full of it.

Yes ray peaters genuinely hold the same beliefs as nocturnal Kent, and I wouldn't be suprised at all if that's where he got it from. I'm not here to debate the science of it, but we all know that the only thing that dictates your bone growth is genetics.
MY EXPERIENCE
I started ray peat late last year (note i never consumed processed sugar). I originally loved it, it was incredibly filling and I felt alot more free in my diet, but excess sugar from fruit stresses your body in all the same ways that processed sugar does. I started noticing I'd get pimples, I never got pimples beforehand when I would infrequently consume fruit and fruit juices. It felt harder to stick to my diet because of my increased hunger cues, I stopped doing my 24 hour fasting and was constantly bloated as a result.
Ray peat works by reeling you in with the idea that you can eat slop whenever you want and experience all these benefits. The truth is that ray peat is outdated, and all modern science goes against the peat ideas.
While the science woes you with big words, the science is wrong and outdated. Please look into things yourself before you follow them.
