go to an orthodontist for a consultation as soon as possible, the earlier, the better
You have a severe jaw recession, a flat maxilla, and recessed infraorbitals.
This can be fixed with a palatal expander, braces, and by consistently maintaining proper mewing and good posture(watch Mike Mew’s videos on youtube)breathing through your nose while sleeping, using mouth tape, and also sleeping on your side.
Despite the recession, you actually have a very beautiful nose. u also have a great eyebrow shape, you can dye your eyebrows slightly darker, to a dark brown color, but not black

Many people are actually saying I have a great nose surprisingly. But yeah I have definitely looked into Marpe but that is way too expensive
 
Dye ur eyebrows and hair to a darker colour for contrast
Do skincare to improve ur skin quality


Go to an orthodontist and check what they recommend (they usually won't extract teeth and if they have to check why)
