Any techniques or methods on how to shrink bulbous nose?

I have tried nose massages but haven’t worked

I also have a hooked nose, which could be the problem

But need advice

hydrocortisone or tret kinda works but dont expect dramatic changes

Don't bother with any topical steroids like hydrocortisone; currently, you can only fix it surgically.
Save up tip rhinoplasty. You claim to have a hooked nose, so the better option is full rhinoplasty.

I got the same issue lowk, growing your hair out will take away the attention off your nose, also do ur best to improve every other feature.
