Is there any way to avoid accutane lips 100%?

I want to take accutane to shrink my nose but I've seen people get accutane lips wich Is a risk I need to avoid fully. For a bit more context I play the trumpet and my dream is to become professional so I can't afford at all the risk of getting accutane lips, does anyone know if there is an 100% way or are there any alternative's for shrinking your nose but have the same results as accutane?

Lanolin is literally a lifesaver for dry skin
Lanolin is a natural animal wax made from sheep wool and it’s way better than all those expensive lip masks and balms and Vaseline which is literally a byproduct of oil refining and gets into your mouth

Do you know any alternative's to shrink your nose completely avoiding lips side effects? (Thank you for the response btw)

Ive seen some people on other forums recommending hydrocortisone, but its a cope imo
but you can search some info about it on .org .com
