hi bro I can't see your eyebrows and eyelashes properly, but I assume that they r blonde and barely visible so I guess u should try to dye them darker, I also would recommend you to wear braces and watch some videos of Mike Mew on YouTube where he explains how we should mew, chew, sleep, keep our overall body posture, have u ever had braces?, also maybe check dermatologist, it's seems like u have dry skin maybe some moisturizer will help? and no I don't think that is over for you, u r still a teen, just follow healthy lifestyle, eat healthy food, fix sleep schedule, spent lot of time outside, do some sports, also you can search on youtube how to style your hair, u have beautiful hair just need to do a little styling, maybe try some styling that expose your forehead(?)
