rough examples of contests:
creative (art, graphics, videos) - popular or staff voted
website (guides, info, solutions) - popular / staff voted or number based

rough examples of challenges:
fitness (30 days, a week, etc) with or without others
dietary (30 days, a week, etc.) with or without others
fashion - building a wardrobe, donating, etc. with or without others
charity stuff
etc

some would have money prizes, some would have rewards and cosmetics, some for pure love of the game.

would any of these concepts be interesting? what elements sound good, which don't?

omgomg I love this idea so much. Group progress!

1. I'd love some creative contests. I needed a reason to draw and write something. We could loosely base it off the Wordsmith™ idea.
2. I used to be in a lot of group chats with girls for fitness, and the team component really had me motivated. It could be our own version of 75 Hard. Structured workouts, diet ideas, and most importantly, reflective sessions after each day.

i feel like im literally parroting what you just said but the bottom line is yes i would love that

Feel like 30 days is very short to make a long term impact

yeah i would probably do a different range of days n such dependin on what it is. some of em would be entry points, just to dip your toe in it, and some of em would be for long-term or w/e
