Whenever I try to sleep, I always get panic attacks and then stay up and only get 2-3 hours of sleep, this has been going on for a month now and I am tired of it, even if i sleep early I get jolted back awake.

I need a method that will work and like help me fall back asleeo quick.

I‘m sorry 4 you man, but I can only drop water, breathing techniques, dark room, high frequency sounds/white noise or talk to a doctor/therapist

I'm gonna say some water as well, but you can try having a good warm shower before bed and take magnesium glycinate with melatonin and put some sounds in the background like rain, or any kind of sound that you enjoy(I used to fall asleep from campfire sounds and jazz lmaoo)

If the darkness makes it worse, you can put a small light on if that makes you feel better

If you have any pets, try falling asleep with them

You can try out L-Theanine, Ashwagandha, or even GABA. They will help calm you down and even make you a bit sleepy

If nothing works, then the best thing is to visit the doctor man

Hope you get a good night's rest

It's important to note that most antidepressants need about 5 weeks of consistent use before they have any impact. Your best bet would be to talk with a physician to prescribe something, even if it is just a sleep aid.
