I had scoliosis for 2 years since i noticed it.
I've been doing exercises and going to Physiotherapist 3-4 days a week , also i've been doing swimming and just stopped recently.
My problem that is my upper back got better and shit , but my lower back still fucked and didn't even change a bit
If anyone has experience with health shit and muscles , please help.
