I'm 16 soon and I still have a bit of fat on my face and idk if it's baby fat or I'm just bloated, what should I do?

Can u show a unfrauded picture or more details, if not just debloat like crazy with a balance of sodium and potassium, in case that doesn't work in like a month and a half use aqualyx in the cheeks
