I need a real solution for an issue on my forehead. I have these tiny bumps that are basically the same color as my skin, and there are a lot of them clustered together. Sometimes they get bigger and sometimes smaller, and I’ve had them for a really long time. I asked ChatGPT before and it said they might be closed comedones, but I’m not completely sure. I genuinely need help getting rid of them

Maybe tretinoin can help or any kind of retinoids. Personally i use tazarotene

personally, if you tend to have hair on your foreahead a lot(I did) then occasionally brush it back(at home or bro flow whatever)
also cut down on sugar-worked for me
