eyebrow plus eyelash growth questions

I'm looking for advice on how to make my eyebrows + eyelashes more prominent.

Here's how they currently look like, with eyebrows being the most lacking:

My eyelashes are semi-fine, being hidden by my hooding, but my eyebrows have always been lacking ever since my chilhood, and also have a pretty weird shape. For example, heres a photo from when i was a kid:

if anyone knows any hair care methods or products that support a correct growth, please let me know!

Hm you're right, maybe the main issue then is the visibility of my eyebrows? they also look too short in the middle. I guess dying as you said would give me a lot of help then.

Just dye em and use serum consistently+ if u want u can use thin eyebrows pencil they r super cheap like 2$ literally can change shape with them and decide should shape them or not
