Yeah, it shrinks your sebaceous glands (oil-producing glands in your skin). It can also reduce overall skin thickness and oiliness, but don't expect extreme changes.
Similar options would be like:
- Retinoids (tretinoin, adapalene) -- Similar idea to isotreinoin (Accutane) but milder.
- Niacinamide -- Helps control oil production and can minimize the appearance of pores, which could make the nose look less "bulky" visually.

Yep it "shrinks" your nose by removing the oils from your pores thus making your nose "smaller" it only works if your nose is clogged tho otherwise itll just mess up your hormones and do nothing but its a great tool to use if you have acne because itll stop the gland production thus stopping your hormonal acne all together
