i somehow managed to get a prescription for clobetazol proprionate (i have psoriasis) and was wondering on how potent it is compared to tretinoin/hydrocortisone acetate, i was wondering if it would have detrimental effects on my skin if i used it for my nose, if yes ill just buy hydrocortisone acetate to make my nose smaller

Clobetasol propionate is around 600 times more potent than like a 1% hydrocortisone acetate cream, it's a super-potent (Class 1) topical corticosteroid so it's highly recommended to not use on your nose. It could cause telangiectasia (and many other side effects) which if does happen you'd be fucked but it's like a 1-10% chance.
