is there any way i could save my mildly recessed maxilla? im 15 rn and i got a pretty downward grown face due to bad posture and terrible food during practically all my teens, genetics might also be a factor

im on braces rn but my ortho lwkey fucked me up he took 2 of my premolars while quoting that i had too much teeth

Resseced maxilla’s usually need surgery.
