im already skinny , i just want to debloat which is better walking (10k+ steps) or jogging/running ( 5km+) everyday?

Consistency matters more than the type of exercise. Do whichever is easier for you to commit tiwalking because it wont make me hungry compared to running and wont hurt my legs either
i think ill do walking because running makes me hungrier and my legs hurt

Walking is overally better than running especially for beginners.

Yes, experienced runners can run for hours, but someone who has no experience with running will struggle to run for more than 10-15 minutes, leading to way less burning than if you just walked for 30 minutes.
