Can you remove tear stains?

If you dont know what it is look it up or look at these pics.
They say its caused by tears that burned the skin in that area
i never see people talk about it, its such a flaw especially when its tilted negatively.

Maybe like hydroquinone or something cus i know it can help with pigmentation?

Yeah hydroquinone could prob do it but dont apply too much tho or it will start to become dark spots on it instead for some reason
