I am aware most people think bonesmashing is cope but it is not that simple.

BONESMASHING

It is not meant to cause bone growth even tho thats what many people promote are his benefits but this is wrong... What is good bonesmashing for is creating soft tissue in the long run and can also work to fraud in the process.

Lets say for example you have a narrow chin and you dont bonesmash because you have seen some guys say it is cope, well you can still bonesmash the corners of your chin to keep it wider during the day even tho thats not your actual chin width, nobody is gonna notice.
I feel it is just as important to keep improving your actual looks as to know how to fraud until you make it. If you are not frauding you might be leaving a lot of possible opportunities in the table and someone else is gonna grab it.

Also something important to have in count is that you have to know where to bonesmash. If you have an unideal bigonial you shouldnt be bonesmashing your zygos since that will make it even worse, you should be bonesmashing your gonions NOW.

Remember this is not a competition but there are winners in this and you have to be one of them doesnt matter the cards you were dealt with.

TDLR: Start bonesmashing intelligently to fraud until you make it.

Whatever helps the kid to cope,
As long as they dont grab a rope🥀

depends on what u want from bonesmashing, Will it cause permanent growth? no not really, Most it will do is swell giving that look that it grew.
So we have not heard of wolff's law i assume.

is bonesmashing cope?
if ur looking for bone NO but yes it WILL cause scar tissue aka Fibrosis with enough frequency another theory is calcification of periosteal hematomas its a long shot but ig u can do that paired with aspirin

and why are we still using "wolfs law" it has no scientfic backing just some bullshit made by a random 10 gazillion year ago

I have, thats why i said not really, not just flat out no
Sorry, I may have not understand what you said, Although the bruising you were talking about, That was true, but by the time the bone gradually adapts, But the user that asked if bonesmashing works needs to be careful, If not his bones are going to recover assymetrycal. Thanks for replying to my comment!

Yes kinda you'll get micro fractures that'll swell the bone giving the illusion it grows but it won't actually grow and the effects are not significant better not trying because of assymetry

i hear people say the same thing about thumbpulling, u know anything abt that?
thumbpulling is not cope just the people who do it aren’t consistent enough so see little to no res

Probably not, too many people getting visible transformations from it

how would it make you asymmetrical if it doesnt grow the bone

how would it make you asymmetrical if it doesnt grow the bone
Because bone smashing causes breaks or microfractures ur body heals it by creating an irregular unpredicted mass of new bone. Because impact is uncontrolled it'll heal unevenly leaving u with permanent assymetry and deformities, lumps etc etc
