I have another post with everything but i want more people to help

follow this plan buddy
1.remove or redesign the facial hair, current chin beard looks sparse and elongates the lower face.stay completely clean shaven or keep a short, dense stubble (2–4 mm) Avoid an isolated goatee
2. haircut
your current hair quality is excellent
maybe try low taper on the sides,maintain length on top,define curls with curl cream
,reduce excessive volume above the forehead.u need to achieve more structured silhouette+expose eyebrows slightly
3.eye area
how to fix mild under-eye tiredness:sleep 8 hours, lower sodium intake, hydration, volufiline
4.eyebrows and eyelashes
U already have nice eyebrows, dont make them thin!
for eyelashes use lash serums without prostaglandin cuz it can cause orbital fat loss or maybe use minoxidil oral(?) but ask your trichologist first
5.u need some skin optimization, im not gonna give you reccomendation bcuz every person have different skin types etc, just check dermatologist and ask him what kind of cleanser you schould use at the morening/evening, what moisturiser, spf etc
6.moisturise lips -> lanolin is the best for the lips
7.Improve your posture. stop sitting hunched over.
poor posture negatively affects your neck angle, jaw projection and overall appearance
how to fix:
-search for posture-correction exercises on youtube
-strengthen your upper back and rear delts
-stretch your chest muscles
-keep your head aligned over your shoulders
8. tongue posture
practice proper tongue posture-mewing
mike mew’s channel has videos on
proper tongue posture,chewing habits,sleeping posture,on how to swallow food properly, how to walk etc
9.build aesthetic physique
focus on developing:side delts,traps,upper chest,neck,upper back.Aim for roughly 10-13% body fat
good luck u have lots of potential if ull do everything that i wrote, u can reach high mtn-low htn easily imo…
also have u ever had braces? and how tall r u?

bro i cant thank you enough you going into detail helps a lot
never had braces before and right now im barely 5"10 and 15 yrs old which is why i cant keep a stubble like you said lol cant grow one

i will start this asap and for the haircut i dont look good with tighter sides but i will lift it off my forehead a bit more, im already in the gym and on a slight cut because i want to prioritise my growth. also i keep the goatee because my lower third is trash and it helps it but i will try clean shaven at least once to see how it looks definitly and if not ill get it shorter so it doesnt just stick out,

also bro you should get braces asap it would be the best thing that you can do for your face development at this age 💯

dont even need to do much and you cant do much either
lose some face fat then ur done

other things will require surgeries and procedures which you cant get at this age and shouldnt too

just try working out and losing some face fat
