I moved just weeks after meeting @Flint. He was really big on acts of service but that's a love language that's hard to do over distance. This resulted in about a two year pattern of me intentionally never throwing out water bottles in my car. I did a lot of work on the road back then and was driving multiple hours every day. Every few months when @Flint would visit, he'd clean these water bottles out, often literally 75 or more at a time. It was an artificially created way to have that act of service intimacy trigger.
