I wanted other people's opinion on this I've been thinking whats the ideal height for both a man and a woman. Personally I think the ideal height for a man is 6"4 ,6"5 and for a woman it's between 5"10-6"0

Personally I think the ideal size is Medium. According to the 2024 D&D Player's Handbook: "A Medium creature controls a 5 by 5-foot square on a grid (1 square). This is the exact same space controlled by a Small creature". In the 2014 ruleset, Small creatures were at disadvantage when wielding heavy two handed weapons, but now it's tied to strength requirements. Generally, though, Medium creatures are still ideal for most melee combats due to being able to grapple creatures one size larger.

height doesn’t matter as much as people make it out to be, if your not below 5’6 you’ll be fine, many claim the height pill is far worse than it really is, the dating market is at an all time low, yes, but still not as bad as many make it out to be, especially if your in high school or college.

Yea most people in this forum I'm assuming is like 16 , there's a good chunk of girls who would date at even 5"6+ but the thing is the height pill gets really bad once ur on the lower end instead of average also height is one metric where people consider the 95 percentile+ to be ideal instead of other metrics where it's usually just above average by a bit

there’s always a girl for you though 100%

6''4 - 6''5 for a man is a bit too high no? Considering the average global height for men is 5''7, unless you live in the netherlands
Yea I know it was a bit too high when writing it but im considering netherlands too since with 6"4-6"5 you'll be tall anywhere u go although the range is actually like 6"1-6"5

Apparently google said a medium sized creature could be anywhere from 5 foot to 7 foot so thats a pretty big range

6' 5'7

170–173cm 5’7”–5’8”-woman
182–185cm 6’0”–6’1”-man
women and men within these height ranges often seem to have the most aesthetically pleasing body proportions imo
