nose job is always great, I've never seen a bad rhinoplasty outcome and people always say it changed their life. I'm wondering if i should save up for one myself

It looks fine to me, although i don't think he needed narrowing of the nose. His biggest issue was the nose being too short (hence why people called him pig-faced).

honestly i think he might just be dysmorphic, i dont think it’ll turn out bad at all but i feel like if it succeeds it’ll be a pipeline to getting more surgeries with higher risk and will end up looking just a mess.
