Change ur hairstyle don't cover ur forehead too much , face is kind of bloated might be the lighting throwing me off tho , Good eyes I can't see the eyebrows that well but u can make them more prominent after u fix that shitty hairstyle

i think you should add more volume to the sides. it’s really on the front of ur face and makes u look really narrow. so, trim the front and grow out the sides.if you can also get some texture powder.

is there anything i can do to “fix” the lines or nose to mouth ratio? what exactly about ratio is unideal? would filler or something help it?

also, how dark should i tint my eyebrows? mine r a bit sparse so should i work on that too?

The only thing you can do to fix the itachi lines is surgery or fat grafting but it will just be makeup for your recession

The ratio between your nose and mouth should be 1.6:1
Your mouth should be “bigger” longer and from the pic your nose and mouth are almost 1:1

Try shrinking nose and widening lips

Also your scarce eyebrows and eyelashes could be fixed with oral minoxidil

And tint them 2 shades darker
