i havent grown 1mm while on 7 iu of gh in 5 weeks

I gave up growing taller

This is for my voice, body, strenght and dimo

You don’t need to split Reta into everyday dosing at 1mg, if you get nausea you could split it to 2-3 times a week

Maybe, it’s not necessary for everyone and it’ll suppress your tsh a bit

Increase to 1g minimum, there’s not really any ‘side effects’ or risks unless you’re taking like 10g or something
