I myself have been trying to get some research done and my older brother has been helping me since he also took hgh

im with u on wanting to start shit but first do u know what ure doing or getting urself into? have u done enough research on ur own on how to start, dose, run for how long etc?

Yeah that’s why since I’m Mexican and I’m not gonna be that tall ima try to get in hgh young when my dad is 5’7 mom is 4’11 and I’m 4’10 and I’m Mexican so I have to start it so while i develop I can also get taller

I have a Mexican hb his dad is only 5'8 but he had a huge growth spurt and he's 5'11 now I suggest trying swimming every person I know that started swimming at a young age is tall.

4’10 and I’m shorter than my mom at 14

you probably have growth potential not super tall but taller than you are now. Without pushing yourself your gonna 5'4 tops but if you do try to maximize your height you might not be as tall as your hoping for cause Mexican height is around 80% genes

honestly idk what to say I genuinley think it might be over for your height. despite what you see height doesn't actually play huge role in your life unless your under 5'3 I'd say, which you will for sure get over. just stop being high inhib male and interact with girls don't except them to come to you unless your hateeq or something
